Super Warframe Turbo: The World Warrior
Warframe, the free-to-play third-person shooter from Digital Extremes, has recieved a free arcade fighting mini-game called Frame Fighter.
Revealed on the official Warframe website, Frame Fighter can be accessed by visiting Cephalon Simaris, an area in the Sanctuary, and acquiring the Ludoplex through spending Standing resource.
In Frame Fighter, players can choose between the Excalibur, Volt and Meg Warframes, each equipped with their unique ability. More Frame Fighter characters can be unlocked by discovering Fragments – scannable items hidden throughout Warframe.

The mini-game was reportedly Inspired by Warframe fan LocoCrazy_, and will transform your Orbiter spacecraft into a battleground. Other mini-games in Warframe, like the side-scrolling shooter Wyrmius and the obstacle flying game Happy Zephyr, are also both available through Cephalon Simaris – though both are reportedly still available through other secret means.
The official post also announced some new AMP parts, like the Rahn Prism, Phahd Scaffold and Anspatha Brace, as well as some new Dojo decorations.
Warframe was announced for the Nintendo Switch last month, and developer Digital Extremes is examining cross-play options for the port. Digital Extremes recently celebrated Warframe’s fifth anniversary by announcing it had reached 38 million registered players.
