The 2016 revival of Doom was one of the year’s most delightful surprises. So when Doom Eternal launches for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch later this year (no specific date has been announced), it’ll be good news for fans of fast, ridiculously-over-the-top shooters.

Doom Eternal will equip the Doom Slayer with new demon-killing weapons and abilities, including a meat hook that lets you fling yourself through the environment, as well as a shoulder-mounted cannon, flame thrower, and retractible blade. If you’re ready to preorder Doom Eternal, you might want to know what’s in it for you. Preorder Doom Eternal

No special editions of Doom Eternal have been announced yet, but considering Doom 2016 got a collector’s edition, it’s possible that will change in the future. If it does, we’ll add the links below. Also, for whatever reason, the Switch version has yet to go up for preorder.
