Ni No Kuni 2: How to Get Grass Green Thread

This page covers how to get Grass-Green Thread in Ni No Kuni 2, which is required to recruit Pi Chi, the Skillful Seamstress.

Pi Chi is especially useful, as she can boost performance at outfitters (AKA, the armory)! She requests a Grass-Green Thread in return for joining you. 

This type of thread can be gathered from the Thriving Bazaar once your kingdom is at Level 2, but you can actually find it much earlier on, as part of the main story! 

Once you reach Boddly’s quests in Chapter 4, she’ll eventually task you with recruiting two citizens that will bolster your army and help in skirmishes: 

Min Ti requires a simple sleep-be-gone, which can be purchased from the nearby general store in Goldpaw. Deliver this item to Min Ti, and he will give you a Grass-Green Thread. Deliver this thread to Pi Chi, and you’re done!
