How to Find Chickens, Pigs, and Snakes in Sea of Thieves

[ad_1]

This guide will include information on where to find Chickens, Pigs, Snakes, and other animals needed for Merchant Alliance voyages.

When starting Voyages for the Merchant Alliance, you may be tasked to find and capture multiple types of Chickens, Pigs, or Snakes. Once the Voyage has started, you will need to speak with a merchant representative to grab as many chicken coops or animal crates as needed, as you cannot capture animals without them.

Finding animals can be a pain, as you won’t be given instructions for specific islands to visit – and you have a deadline on the delivery (check your pocketwatch for the date against the paper you get from the voyage).

Below you will find known locations for all three animal types in Sea of Thieves:

Chickens often spawn in a group, sometimes on the shores of small islands, or in the hills of bigger islands. They come in several distinct variants – including white, red-speckled, black-plumed, and gold. Thankfully, chickens run rather slow and are easy to catch – just make sure they don’t drown when swimming back to your ship or a leaky hold.

  • Crook’s Hollow

  • Old Faithful Isle
  • Shipwreck Bay
  • Thieves Haven
  • Twin Groves
  • Wanderer’s Refuge

Pigs are larger animals that are often spread out around an island. They come in several distinct variants – but unlike chickens they are fast and scare easily.

For an easier time getting Pigs into a crate, lure them in with a tasty banana!
