Call of Duty: How to Turn On Pack-a-Punch in IX

[ad_1]

IX is a new zombie map that takes place in a coliseum. Like previous iterations, this zombies map features a machine called the Pack-a-Punch which allows you to power up your weapon for 5000 points. Here’s how to unlock it.

Your fight starts in the ‘Arena’ where you’ll see two doors that are unlockable for 1000 points each.

Head to the first door to your right that takes you to “Ra Tower: Entrance.” Find the staircase here and make your way up to the ‘Ra Altar Room.’

In the Altar room, you’ll find an unlockable door for 1250 points and an interactable gong.

Interacting with this gong will summon a zombie champion that will have a ton of health. You’ll need to work together or play it smart if you’re on your own to take him out.

Once defeated, he will drop a zombie head. Pick up the head and then unlock the 1250 point door in the room.

Head across the stone bridge and into the ‘Danu Altar Room.’ You’ll find the second gong in this room, so go ahead and summon the second zombie champion.

After slaying him, grab his head and take the staircase down to the ‘Danu Tower: Entrance’ and then go down another level to the ‘Danu Tower: Arboretum.’ There will be a door here you need to unlock for 1500 points.

This will take you to the Danu-Ra Underbelly. Careful, though, it can get very confusing down here. Head left from the Danu-Ra Entrance until you find ‘The Collapsed Tunnel’ leading into the ‘Fallen Hero’ statue. There will be a 1750 point door to unlock in the ‘Fallen Hero’ location which will lead to ‘The Pit.’ From here, stay right and you will find a circular room called ‘The Temple.’ This is a symmetrical room that connects the upper levels of the arena all together.

Go to the other side of ‘The Temple’ room and you’ll head through ‘The Crypts’ and then to the ‘Odin-Zeus Temple Entrance.’ Again, Danu-Ra were the two temples you were initially at and Odin-Zeus are the other two.

Head upstairs into the Odin Tower until you get to the Odin Altar Room where you’ll find the next gong.

Activate this to summon a zombie champion. Kill it, pick up the head, and then unlock the bridge in the Odin Altar Room to get to the Zeus Altar Room. The final gong is in the Zeus Altar room. Like before, activate it, slay the zombie champion, and pick up the head.

Once you have all 4 zombie champion heads, it’s time to head underground again. Take the stairs down, head through the tunnel, get past the crypts, and then find the Temple. In the middle of the Temple will be 4 sticks to place the 4 heads on. Doing so will unlock Pack-a-Punch.
